Jumpshop Stock Watch Plus costs USD $3.99 per month. Subscribe through Stripe hosted Checkout; the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Plus provides opted-in stock-arrival and upcoming-release emails for favorites. Enable the desired events and email channel in settings.

• Open Manage subscription in settings to update payment methods or cancel renewal at the end of the current billing period through the Stripe customer portal. Valid paid access continues until that period ends.
• Accounts without a subscription or with incomplete, overdue or expired payments cannot receive Plus product emails. Turning off email notifications does not cancel a subscription; cancel renewal through the customer portal.
• The subscription pays for monitoring and notifications, not merchandise. Purchases take place on the official shop. Stock checks and email delivery can be delayed; the service does not reserve items or guarantee purchase success.
• Stripe processes subscription payments. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Refund requests and applicable consumer rights are handled according to legal requirements; cancellation in the portal does not itself automatically refund payments already made.

An operator reviews each purchase request and provides a USD quote. After you accept the quote, you pay once through Stripe hosted Checkout. This payment is separate from the monthly auto-renewing Stock Watch Plus subscription. The site does not collect or process card numbers or security codes.

• The quote shows merchandise, service fee and shipping. Review the total before paying. A request or quote does not mean an item has been purchased and does not guarantee official-shop availability or purchase success.
• Fulfillment requires the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address. Address information is encrypted at rest and used by authorized operators to handle procurement and shipment.
• After payment, funds for items still unpurchased at the end of the 90-day period are released and may be requested back to the original payment method. A pending refund is still processing; it is complete only when its status is successful.

If one of the circumstances below or a similar reasonable cause prevents us from processing or fulfilling a request or order as agreed, we may reject, suspend, or cancel the affected request or order in whole or in part. Cancelling an order with us does not undo a completed official-shop transaction; purchased items will be handled according to actual fulfillment and applicable rules.

• Examples include a clear error or anomaly in the amount, currency, quantity, calculation, or display; a change in official-shop price, stock, or delivery terms; a user network interruption, timeout, duplicate submission, or unresolved payment result; or a failure of this site, a payment provider, data, or related systems.
• We will notify you through your account or email of the reason and affected portion. If payment status is unclear, we will verify it before treating payment as successful.
• When we cancel a paid, unfulfilled portion, you do not need to wait until the 90-day period ends or submit a separate refund request. We will promptly initiate a refund to the original payment method under applicable law and meet any required processing deadline. The payment provider may need additional time to complete the transfer.
• This does not waive or limit rights you have under applicable law.

Jumpshop Stock Watch is a publicly accessible web-based tool that offers product search, favorites, stock tracking, upcoming release visibility, and notification support. It is independently developed and operated and does not represent any official retailer, brand owner, or rights holder.

• The core function of the service is informational lookup, status presentation, and user-configured alerts.
• The service does not guarantee that third-party product data, stock status, or release schedules are always complete or accurate.
• The service is not a payment processor, transaction intermediary, official support channel, or licensed brand representative.

You must use the service lawfully, accurately, and in good faith, and you are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You are expected to protect your login credentials, verification messages, and notification channels against unauthorized use.

• Information you submit must be truthful, accurate, and non-infringing.
• You may not use accounts, verification codes, notifications, or restricted features for abuse, resale, or control evasion.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or compromise, you should stop using the affected account and take appropriate protective action.

The service is made available for normal, lawful, and good-faith use only. Conduct that threatens platform stability, bypasses safeguards, creates unreasonable load, or harms others may result in restricted access or termination of functionality.

• You must not bypass CAPTCHA, rate limits, authentication checks, or other anti-abuse measures.
• You must not use automation, bulk requests, or scraping patterns that impose unreasonable operational load.
• You must not use the service for fraud, harassment, infringement, unlawful distribution, or other improper conduct.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continued compatibility across all environments. Features, pages, interfaces, and third-party dependencies may change over time.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service for maintenance, security, performance, or compliance reasons.
• Changes to third-party dependencies, networks, or external platforms may affect login and other service capabilities.
• We do not guarantee outcomes in the event of unexpected interruption, delivery delay, or external platform failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant against indirect loss, opportunity loss, data loss, or downstream business consequences arising from use of or inability to use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms by publishing a revised public version on this page.

• You are responsible for your own reliance on public information, alert outputs, and third-party destination pages.
• Examples, feature descriptions, and public statements do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
• Continued use after publication of a revised version may be treated as acceptance of the latest public terms.
