Privacy Policy

When you subscribe to Plus, we send your verified email address and account identifier to Stripe to create a payment customer and associate the subscription with your account. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, paid periods and processed event identifiers to reconcile payments and manage alert access.

• Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its privacy policy.
• Resend processes verification messages and alerts you enable, including recipient email addresses, product names, SKUs, stock or release information and product links.
• You can stop alert emails in notification settings and cancel renewal in the Stripe customer portal. These are separate controls. Necessary payment and audit records may be retained for operational and legal requirements.

For purchase requests, we process requested products and quantities, operator-confirmed USD quotes, and order payment and refund states to show quotes and order progress. Payments use Stripe hosted Checkout. Stripe collects and processes card details; they do not pass through or get stored by this website.

• After a quote is confirmed, fulfillment requires the recipient's name, phone number, country or region, city, postal code and street address. Delivery addresses are encrypted in the database and visible only to the order owner and authorized fulfillment operators.
• Authorized operators may view address and phone details as needed for fulfillment and record procurement, shipment and receipt status. This service does not automatically submit orders to the official shop.
• We retain quote, payment and refund states to reconcile transactions and show progress. A refund marked pending is still processing and is not complete.

When you access or use the service, we may collect account details, session and device information, interaction records, and notification settings to the extent needed to operate the requested features. We do not intentionally request unrelated sensitive personal data merely to display public pages.

• Account information, such as email address, account identifiers, and verification status.
• Usage information, such as search filters, saved SKU items, notification preferences, and CAPTCHA verification results.
• Technical information, such as browser identifiers, session cookies, timestamps, basic logs, and abuse-prevention signals.

When enabled in the site configuration, we record approximate views by public page category for operations reporting. This feature is off by default. Page-view events are not sent when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

• The event payload contains only a fixed category such as home, upcoming, or product. Analytics does not retain IP addresses, raw URLs, search queries, SKUs, visitor IDs, or customer information.
• Existing session and CSRF information may be used to secure the request. This feature does not set analytics or tracking cookies.
• Counts are estimates and may be affected by browser blocking. They are not used to calculate or claim unique visitors.

Collected information is used only for legitimate and service-related purposes, including fulfilling user requests, authenticating accounts, improving service reliability, preventing abuse, and maintaining operational security.

• To support registration, login, password recovery, and email verification.
• To save favorite products, process stock lookups, and deliver status notifications.
• To enforce rate limits, detect misuse, and preserve security audit trails.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for unrelated advertising transactions. Data may be processed by trusted service providers only when needed to operate the service or maintain the supporting infrastructure.

• Email providers for verification messages, notifications, and account-related communications.
• Cloud verification and security providers for CAPTCHA, traffic protection, and risk control.
• Hosting and database providers for application delivery, storage, and core service operations.

We retain information for the minimum period reasonably necessary in light of operational needs, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security requirements, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

• Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, session management, security review, and compliance purposes.
• Reasonable safeguards may include access controls, environment separation, authentication checks, and logging.
• No internet-based transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account-related information. If this policy changes materially, we may reflect that change by updating the public version of this page.

• You may stop using the service and, where applicable, request account deletion.
• Certain records may be retained for a reasonable period for legal, safety, or audit purposes.
• Continued use after publication of an updated version may be treated as acknowledgement of the revised public policy.
